Can our IT department audit the app?
Absolutely. In Local Mode your document content is never transmitted — you can verify with any packet sniffer (Wireshark, GlassWire) that no text leaves the machine. The only network calls Wrivio makes are a one-time account sign-in and, strictly if you opt in, anonymous diagnostics (which never include your content).
Are you HIPAA or SOC2 compliant?
Because Wrivio (in local mode) does not process, store, or transmit your data on our servers, traditional SaaS compliances do not apply to our infrastructure. The compliance relies entirely on your internal endpoint security.
Does it send telemetry or crash reports?
No. We have intentionally stripped all telemetry, analytics, and automatic crash reporting from the desktop application to ensure absolute privacy.
