How do I install Wrivio?
Download the Windows installer from the button on our home page and run it. No account is needed — Wrivio works the moment it opens, with free credits included. You can optionally add a local AI model later to work fully offline.
Do I need an account, and does it work offline?
No account is required to start. Creating one is optional — it keeps your credits and plan if you reinstall or change machines. If you enable Local mode, rewrites work completely offline; an occasional online check keeps your session fresh, with a generous offline grace period.
What is the difference between Local and Cloud mode?
Cloud mode (the default) sends your text through our backend for the highest-quality rewrites and is metered by credits. Local mode runs the AI entirely on your device with a built-in engine — your rewrite text never leaves your machine, and it is free and unlimited.
How does billing work, and can I get a refund?
Pro is a subscription (€7/month or €60/year) handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, which manages EU VAT and invoicing. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. For refunds, contact support below.
Is my data private?
Your Local-mode rewrite text never leaves your device. Cloud rewrites are processed by our backend and never used for training. Anonymous diagnostics are strictly opt-in (off by default) and never include your text. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
