A condolence, personal apology, sensitive feedback conversation, or message of thanks can lose meaning if the sender outsources the thought itself. Draft it in your own words first. Use editing help only if it preserves your genuine intent.
Do Not Use AI To Hide Uncertainty
Generated prose often sounds confident. If the facts are incomplete, keep that uncertainty visible:

Use A Simple Decision Check
Ask:
- Am I allowed to process this text here?
- Am I qualified and authorized to send the message?
- Are the facts verified?
- Would a wrong rewrite cause real harm?
- Does the recipient deserve my direct personal attention?
If an answer creates doubt, pause and use a safer route.
